Labelexpo Europe, a huge trade international exhibition, will be held in Brussels between September 24 and 27. There you can discover a great number of interesting sections connected with printing business, labelling, services and technology. What is more, you can think over your own business ideas just looking at people who have already developed theirs. The exhibition is a place for everyone who is interested in the spheres mentioned above, plus for those who is eager to launch their own projects. This show will be the 40th in sequence, so Labelexpo will celebrate its anniversary this September. It must be twice as large as earlier. The organizer of the event is Tarsus Group, a business group which specializes in holding different conferences, exhibitions and so on.
During the exhibition the areas you can broaden your knowledge will include label and packaging design; digital, offset and laser printing, plotter cutting, substrates and adhesives, multi-format presses, ultramodern printing technologies, preprint and photo output, high-tech materials for printing labels, RFID. All of these will be demonstrated during 4 exhibitional days.
The amount of confirmed exhibitors is over 600 including Nilpeter, Pulse Roll Label Products, Mark Andy, Konica Minolta, RotoMetrics, Bobst, Epson, Durst, HP, Domino and many others. These are world leading manufacturers interested in further development of business and geographical expansion of their products.
For instance, Nilpeter will show two FA-line flagship flexo presses.
FA-line presses have a few new revolutionary features. The first press machine has working width 450mm and equipped with a new high-speed semi-rotational cutting. As for the second one, it is equipped with a desktop section named High-Build InkJet Varnish and used for applying varnish and High Opacity White InkJet to print in white.
Another well-known manufacturer Pulse Roll Label Products is working in the field of constructing ink for narrow web printing. Their new flexographic UV inks PureTone will be something that will immediately draw people’s attention at LabelExpo 2019. According to the manufacturer, new inks are high strength and high end pigmented, that will help to print using pure and bright colors.
It’s obviously that the exhibition is not the only one to visit. Visitors will have an opportunity to attend some other events and interesting lectures of printing industry that will help them to enrich their knowledge in this sphere. Here are some of them I would like to linger at.
The new Flexible Packaging master class will be organised by one of the founders of Label Academy, Mike Fairley.
