According to the developer, the MindCUT Studio software is universal and allows you to cut textile materials as efficiently as possible and provide unified management of digital printing and cutting processes starting from feeding the material to creating tags and facilitating in burr removal.
At the first stage of the process the camera records the exact position and size of the material, regardless of the presence of the pattern. The Over-Cutter Camera (OCC) captures all registration marks on printed materials simultaneously. If they are missing, the OCC can fix the position of the images based on the printed outlines. If the cutting data is not available, it is possible to automatically generate it in MindCUT Studio with pre-fixing of material defects.
The system is also capable of automatically patterns recognizing or any deformation of the material. When compensating for distortion, the dimensions of the parts of the cutting and their position on the printed material are kept exactly. MindCUT Studio has the ability to automatically import and process standardized data. The system recognizes the data of parts and cutting tags and allows you to create new tags. Powerful cutting algorithms help to place parts on the material in the most economical way. Color coding and information about the details of the cut is displayed on the monitor allow the operator identify every detail quickly and accurately.
