HP (pav. A5, stand F30) introduced the new model of the industrial HP Stitch S1000 Dye-Sublimation Printer with a 3.2 m print width.
Printers of the HP Stich range use dye sublimation inks along with HP Thermal Inkjet technology allowing to seal the polyester materials used in the production of sports and fashion clothing, home decor (like curtains, bedspreads or furniture upholstery) and producing of advertising signs on fabrics including front surfaces for light boxes and street banners.
The maximum print speed is 220 m² / h. HP Drop & Dry printing technology in the print zone ensures sharp prints. The printer is equipped with s Smart Nozzle Compensation System and an optical sensor for feeding OMAS Plus material. The resolution of the 1200 dpi thermal jet print heads ensures high quality prints, including deep black and bright saturated and vivid colors. The 10-liter ink tank and the ability to work with rolls of weighing up to 300kg reduce the operator’s maintenance. The ability of self-change printheads by the user and HP Smart Services Services firstly implemented for such class of printers help minimizing the maintenance time.
